We sell garage machinery, automotive equipment, and related accessories, including heavy-duty car lifts.

Because these products involve mechanical operation and installation:

  • Customers are responsible for proper installation and use

  • Professional installation is strongly recommended

  • Products must be used according to manufacturer instructions

  • We are not responsible for misuse or improper installation

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Cancel orders with incorrect pricing

  • Refuse or limit any order

Payment must be received in full before shipment.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Orders may be canceled by the customer only before shipment.

  • Being present for freight delivery

  • Inspecting shipments upon arrival

We are not liable for shipping delays beyond our control.

6. Freight Delivery Responsibility

Large equipment is typically delivered curbside unless otherwise arranged.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Offloading equipment

  • Moving equipment into their facility

  • Proper unloading equipment if required

Additional delivery services may incur extra charges.

7. Inspection of Goods

Customers must inspect all deliveries immediately.

If damage is present:

  • Note it on the carrier receipt

  • Take photos

  • Notify us within 24 hours

Failure to report damage promptly may void claims.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.

Important return conditions:

  • Authorization required

  • Restocking fees may apply

  • Customer responsible for return freight

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Products may carry manufacturer warranties where applicable.

Except where prohibited by law:

  • We do not provide additional warranties beyond manufacturer coverage

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted product performance

  • Equipment must be maintained properly
